Orders placed by 5:30pm EST (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and US holidays) ship the same day.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard (3–7 business days) — $5.99
Express (1–2 business days) — $14.99
Free standard shipping on orders over $75

We ship via FedEx and USPS. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Monday–Friday delivery only. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

I entered the wrong address — what do I do?

Contact support@imaginalbiotech.com immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to correct it. Orders returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address are not eligible for a shipping refund; a reshipment will require an additional shipping fee.

My order never arrived, or it was lost or stolen

Contact support@imaginalbiotech.com and we'll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. This can take 5–10 business days to investigate.
