Refund Policy

Imaginal Biotech offers a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email support@imaginalbiotech.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund.

If you haven't seen the results you were hoping for, feel free to finish the entire bottle before requesting a return — no need to send the product back.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
